This policy explains how ActiveAdsNext ("we", "us"), a proprietorship of Pranjal Singla based in India, handles personal information collected through activeadsnext.com and during our work with clients.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, optional phone number, and message when you use our contact form; your name, work email, website or app store link, what you promote, the audit you want, an optional monthly ad spend range, and any notes when you request a free audit; or the details you send when you email us. If you apply as a publisher or affiliate, we also collect your site, channel, or app link, traffic type, and monthly traffic range.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location, only if you accept analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics for this.
- Client project data: advertising account data, analytics data, and creative assets you share so we can do the work.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule calls.
- To deliver, report on, and improve our services.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
We process your data based on your consent (for example, analytics cookies), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email, scheduling, form handling, analytics, and hosting providers, and with authorities when the law requires it. These providers may process data outside your country, including in India and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we start working together. Client records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law.

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. Third-party links
Our site links to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Calendly. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
