How ActiveAdsNext discloses affiliate relationships and compensation across our website and partner content.
ActiveAdsNext operates an affiliate marketing network. This page explains, in plain terms, how affiliate relationships and compensation work across our network, so that advertisers, publishers and visitors to publisher sites understand the commercial relationships involved.
This disclosure is provided for transparency and does not itself create any contractual right; the specific terms of any advertiser or publisher relationship are governed by the separate agreements entered into during onboarding.
We connect advertisers who want to promote an offer with publishers — content sites, comparison platforms, apps, email lists and similar properties — who agree to promote that offer to their audience. When a visitor clicks a publisher's tracking link and completes a qualifying action (such as a sale, lead or sign-up) on the advertiser's site, that action is attributed to the referring publisher through our tracking system.
Advertisers pay ActiveAdsNext for qualifying actions generated through the network, based on the payout structure agreed for that offer (for example, cost-per-action or cost-per-lead, as described on our Resources page). ActiveAdsNext, in turn, pays publishers a share of that compensation for traffic and actions attributed to their tracking links, under the terms set out for each offer.
In short: when you follow a publisher's link to an advertiser's offer and take a qualifying action, the publisher may earn compensation as a result, and ActiveAdsNext facilitates and tracks that arrangement. This does not change the price you pay or the terms you receive from the advertiser.
Publishers in our network are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose, on their own properties, that they may receive compensation for referring traffic to advertiser offers — consistent with applicable advertising and consumer protection guidance, such as that issued by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and comparable authorities elsewhere. This typically means a plain-language disclosure placed near affiliate links or reviews, not buried in a separate page.
ActiveAdsNext reviews publisher properties as part of onboarding and may request that a publisher add or correct a disclosure that does not meet this standard. If you believe a publisher promoting an ActiveAdsNext-network offer has failed to disclose a compensated relationship, please let us know using the contact details in Section 9.
The presence of an advertiser's offer within our network, or a publisher's decision to promote it, does not constitute an endorsement, warranty or guarantee by ActiveAdsNext of that advertiser, its products, or its services. Compensation arrangements between advertisers and publishers can influence which offers a publisher chooses to feature, and visitors should evaluate any offer on its own merits.
A meaningful share of our network activity involves financial services offers, which are subject to additional regulatory and disclosure requirements in most jurisdictions. Publishers promoting financial services offers are expected to represent rates, terms and eligibility accurately and to comply with applicable financial advertising rules, in addition to general affiliate disclosure obligations described above.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the offers, pricing, terms and creative assets they provide for promotion through our network. ActiveAdsNext does not independently verify every representation made by an advertiser, though we may request supporting information or decline to onboard an offer where representations appear inconsistent with applicable law.
We may update this disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable guidance, or the structure of our network. We will post the updated disclosure on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
