This page describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"). It supplements our general Privacy Policy and our broader U.S. Privacy Policy. Terms such as "personal information," "sell," and "share" have the meanings given to them under the CCPA.

2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the preceding twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents who interact with our website and forms:

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or other categories of sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, through our website forms.

3. Sources & Purposes

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form on our website, automatically through your use of our website, and occasionally from advertiser or publisher partners in connection with an active partnership. We use this information for the business purposes described in Section 3 of our general Privacy Policy — principally, evaluating inquiries, administering partnerships, and operating our website securely.

4. Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?

ActiveAdsNext does not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for money. We also do not currently "share" personal information, as that term is defined under the CCPA, for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes on our own website. If our practices change in the future, we will update this page and provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism as required by law.

5. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information (as defined by the CCPA) through our website forms beyond what may be incidentally implied by publicly available business information you choose to share, such as a company URL. Where sensitive personal information is not collected, there is no applicable right to limit its use.

6. Your CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it is disclosed.
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as information we need to retain for legal compliance).
• Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to opt out — of the sale or sharing of personal information (as noted above, we do not currently engage in either).

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to our verification process described below.

8. Verification Process

To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request — typically by matching the details you provide against information already associated with your inquiry, such as your name and the email address you previously used to contact us. We may decline to process a request if we are unable to verify your identity.

9. California "Shine the Light"

Separately from the CCPA, California's "Shine the Light" law permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. As described above, we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, so this request would not currently return additional information beyond what is described in this notice.
